As an experienced Operations Director, consultant, leadership coach with a background in client-focussed businesses, I know that getting the business organised and pointing in the same direction is half the challenge, and the other half is having the right people in the right seats and supporting and developing them continually.I have more experience in the People and Culture arena than is typical for most Ops Directors and believe that understanding Process, People, & Culture as a whole yields better operational results than treating them in isolation.I enjoy the challenge of change, and prefer to work in businesses that have genuine ambitions for growth or transformation.
